“Wonderful spot”

“Its third visit in 13 years. We were lucky our room was available a little early. Thank you Julie. The rooms are large, comfortable with a great bathroom and spa bath. View out to the river, dividers between rooms for outside privacy. Next door to the tavern, enjoyed happy hour and went back for dinner. Food was great. Next time wanting a nice peaceful stop over will definitely book there again.”

“On arrival, the staff advised my partner and I that there was a issue with the room that was booked and were upgraded to the Bowie room. The staff advised about about the restaurants close by. The room was well laid out. The meals we had there were very good, Saturday night and Sunday lunch there was live music. We were a short walk from the beach. This is a great place to make it home base while you travel around the Manning and Great Lakes area. Great place to stay if or on your own or with...

“Friendly Clean.”

“We thought the cabin that we were assigned was extremely expensive for the condition of the building and for the location in the park. We were right on the main road… our bedroom window looked directly on to the footpath of main road. Considering the emptiness of the park that night, I thought we could have been assigned a nicer spot.”

“Great amenities, check-in was easy and staff very pleasant and helpful. cabin was a bit worn and dated. Very convenient to the beach and well setup for the two small dogs that travelled with us. Had a great stay and intend to go back.”

“When we arrived to check in the lady asked for my card details and when I asked why when I have already paid I was told she was just doing her job. Strange as i had paid in full. She was very helpful in directing us to the best places to eat. The rooms were big, clean and spacious the beds were super comfy and there wasn't much noise when we were there, the bathrooms were OK. The shower looked like it had seen better days and it had no water pressure that being said I did read a pre warning...

“I was greeted by the owner who was just delightful and so friendly. The room was clean and modernised (as best as country motels are!) and I was able to walk across the road to get dinner. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”

“The facilities arr quite good. The pool looked clean (didn't use it) the bedding was crisp and clean and the room had good provisions (decent size tv, kettle, fridge, microwave). The room is due for a reno. There was paint peeling from the roof, bathroom sink had a few rust stains and the room door had some dodgey repairs in it. Having said that, you have to take into account the price you pay and the star rating of the hotel. I would have no problem staying here again”

“The room was a great size and comfortable. The property is very dated and tired, but it is functionally fine, especially for a short stay. We had a small issue with out room and the staff were EXCELLENT at fixing it immediately for us, despite it being after hours. Cannot fault their handling of the situation. As brand new owners they were very apologetic, however it was out of everyone's control. what was in their control is how they handled it, which was perfect. A credit to the property!”

Si bien la atención es buena las habitaciones son muy precarias, no justifican el precio que se paga, hay olor a humedad, no tienen privacidad ya que una puerta balcón toda vidriada es el frente de la misma con cortinas. En síntesis sumamente precario.”
