Excellent service. Very convenient.
Staff always available and helpful. Excellent breakfast with cappuccino or American coffee or tea. Loved the croissants each morning (fruit filled or plain) and tasty display of other items. Restaurant open for dinner.

The hotel definitely seems to be used more for events than anything. We stayed here one night before flying out of Naples. Our first room smelled so strongly of smoke (we'd booked non smoking) that we had to ask to change. Staff was quick to offer us a non smoking room and we moved. I can't comment on the restaurant as it didn't open till after 8pm and we were starving at 7pm. There's nothing within a 10-15 minute drive to eat but it's a pretty drive on the toll road to a few places. Overall we thought it a much better option than a hotel close to the airport.

we stayed at the Bel Sito from 26th/08--2nd 09/15
This was a lovely hotel in pleasant surroundings but seemed to cater for lots of functions eg.weddings and conferences.There were Three functions during our stay, that meant the pool area was not available for guests. The hotel was secure at night as main gates were closed and there was plenty of parking space.The grounds and pool area was clean and tidy.

Really nice hotel, well above average for a 4 star. Location is great, surroundings are very pleasant. Rooms are quiet, large, comfortable. Would do even better with an improved restaurant, the current one is not too appealing to the great local gastronomy and wines, abounding at the thereabouts,

Well located on highway, beautiful grounds but catering more to events like social & business events. In 2 day stay never saw anyone in spacious pool; closure was at 3 pm due to everpresent activities

Stayed twice with 9 days between stays. First stay was a Saturday, really enjoyed the pool, but didnt enjoy the party/disco which meant no sleep till 12:30, not great if you were up at 3 the previous morning. For second stay, no party but disappointed that the pool was closed for a private function. Staff very friendly. Strange dining policy with waiter seemingly unwilling to give out the a-la-carte menu, leaving you to choose from the limited easy option handout menu. Would heartily recommend but check for parties and pool availability first.

If you need to spend sometime near family in the Avellino area I would highly recommend Due Torri. Freindly staff, well maintained, and close to major highways.

Ottimo albergo, stanza molto grande e buon rapporto qualità \ prezzo. Avevamo una stanza matrimoniale ma i due materassi erano separati, e quindi meno confortevoli per una sistemazione in coppia. La dicitura "colazione continentale" è eccessiva: i prodotti offerti sono quasi esclusivamente dolci ma la qualità è buona.

Splendida location
Molto bella la location, il servizio accoglienza. Buono anche il ristorante, la colazione nella media di questo periodo COVID con poca roba a disposizione. La camera molto ampia e spaziosa ma un po’ datata. In generale molto soddisfatto

Difficile poter giudicare l'albergo , mi hanno fatto soggiornare in un altro albergo A 3 stelle , perche loro erano in overbooking , io ho prenotato 15 giorni fa, tengo pero a precisare che mi hanno assistito in tutto compreso il trasporto presso altra struttura , spero in futuro poter soggiornare in questo hotel , cosi da poter date un giudizio .

Buongiorno. Anche se lo abbiamo già fatto di persona, ci scusiamo nuovamente per l'inconveniente verificatosi che, anche se dovuto ad un problema tecnico, le ha creato ugualmente un disagio. Ci fa piacere abbia comunque apprezzato l'impegno profuso nell'assisterla. Condividiamo la speranza di averla nostro ospite in futuro al fine di poter essere messi alla prova in modo completo. La struttura è carina, la camera in contrasto col resto è minimale/povera con mobilio che presenta segni di usura ma tutto molto pulito. Ciò che ci è piaciuto meno della stanza era la luce sempre fioca. Dimensioni del bagno direi esagerate in maniera immotivata. Non c'era frigo in camera ma il personale è stato molto disponibile perché viaggiavamo con un farmaco che necessitava di essere refrigerato e ce lo hanno tenuto consegnandocelo al bisogno. La colazione al limite della sufficienza. L'hotel ha un ampio parcheggio molto comodo. La piscina è grande e molto bella ma al nostro arrivo non era utilizzabile perché c'era un ricevimento, l'indomani era a nostra disposizione e degli altri ospiti ma non era stata pulita, presentava sul fondo terriccio e foglie e altro, probabilmente avevano lavato intorno lasciando cadere dentro la sporcizia. La zona non ci è sembrata il top ma eravamo di passaggio per interrompere un lungo viaggio e non abbiamo avuto modo di esplorare molto. Siamo usciti solo per andare a cena nella vicina Avellino che ci è sembrata estremante caotica e quando finalmente siamo arrivati alla pizzeria che ci avevano consigliato c'eravamo tanti clienti in ostaggio dentro le nostre auto perché un enorme branco di randagi attaccava tutti per la strada. Magari torneremo in questo albergo ma ci fermeremo a cena da loro! Alla fine direi che l'hotel ha un discreto rapporto qualità/prezzo e per un soggiorno breve può andare
