Excellent facilities and above all? Excellent staff that made every effort to make our stay comfortable. I would stay here again in a blink A special call out to Som who helped check us in. Excellent service, Som 👍

Very nice place, but very expensive to eat there.

Restaurant fees are too high and wine is so bad and so expensive, did not make any sense

Excellent location, right in front of Jal Mahal

Location: Great location, the Jal Mahal is right across the hotel, Amber fort is less than 10 mins drive away so is getting to City Palace, Hawa Mahal
Staff were great, very friendly, food is very good and the garlic pickle (lasnu chutney) was delicious , the hotel has easy access to all major sightseeing place.

Front desk inexperienced

Everything was fine until the last day when we checked out. Everything had been prepaid except for mandatory Xmas eve party, and some drinks and one extra bed, total of 3 items but the front desk took more than half an hour to get the bill ready delaying our schedule by at least half an hour,this is despite us informing them to get the bill ready the night before as we have to check out very early.

I regret the fact that there was a delay at the time of departure and you had wait for long. Please do accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay with us. Ever since having received your feedback, I have personally discussed this concern with our Front Office Manager to ensure that we train our people and ensure that our processes are revaluated to function better. It will be our honest endeavour to not have such inconveniences faced by any of our guests in future. We do realize that no amount of apologies can undo the discomfort experienced by you during your stay that was otherwise meant to be restful. I do humbly request you to treat this incident in isolation and non-representative of the Trident experience. Charming Rajasthani themed hotel on the lake.

The entire hotel is built in a Rajasthani style so it is very impressive when you drive in. The area facing the hotel is on the lake which has a beautiful promenade from which you can see the Jal Mahal. The service was good, the staff at the concierge was helpful. It's a great location to stay in for proximity to the Amber Fort. The service at breakfast was average and so was the food. The hotel could do better than serving some synthetic looking jam in the morning.

We had a lovely stay at the Trident.

Cons: Make it Non Smoking
The staff at the Trident made our stay one of the best Holidays we have had in a long time. They couldn't do either of us. We stayed there for the whole two weeks met a lot of people doing tours and staying at the hotel for a couple of nights going on somewhere else they seemed to be traveling a lot of the time. It made us think that we should have do our Holiday differently but after talking to friends we made I don't think we did. Had a Lovely time.

Nice hotel, very polite and attentive staff. I would stay again. Go to Amber Fort, it makes the trip to Jaipur worthwhile (and trumps the pink city).

Room and service was excellent. I was dissapointed with the restaurant, price for buffet was fine but a la carta menu was so expensive, tea and coffee should be free or if not something fare, charging 250 for a cup of tea is ridiculous.
