Our stay did not go as we had hopped being this was a Best Western. Keep in mind, we had been in the car for 7 hours and were ready to get out and get settled.To start, they screwed up and checked us in under the wrong person and charged us twice for the room (we had already paid through Expedia). When we finally got the correct room, our key card wouldn't open the outside door to the building. Instead of trying to fix the issue, the staff just unlocked the door so no one had to use a key card. I had called the day before our check-in and asked if they could have a crib in our room, when we finally got to our room there was no crib despite the person on the phone assuring me there would be one. We were brought the crib but we were left to figure out setting it up ourselves and it was lacking a crib sheet. The room temp upon entering was over 80 degrees. The AC unit took almost all night to drop the temp to 70 degrees. Top top it all off, the room had ants, the in-room phone wouldn't connect us to the front desk and there was nothing in the room that stated check-out times or area information. We were unable to change rooms as the hotel was sold out and no other hotel options within a reasonable distance of where we needed to stay. On a positive note, the room decor was okay and the bedding and towels were clean. The free breakfast was good and the attendant kept the area neat, organized and clean. Housekeeping did a nice job refreshing the room.

Only negative, hot water didn't last long in the shower. Otherwise, great place.

A very clean, but dated motel

Pros: breakfast was outstanding
Cons: exercise equipment, hot tub
not bad for an overnight stay. first impression was disappointing, looked like an old motel with the outside entrance boxed in. inside was clean.
