Nice place to stay and very accommodating

Location: Nice location Hwy 287 and Broad st
This is a nice place to stay and I recommend it to everyone. Although my initial experience was less than perfect due to reservation, the management went above and beyond expectation to gain my satisfaction. That tells me they put high value in guest satisfaction. The hotel is nice and clean, also reasonably priced. Hot breakfast is a plus too.

Beware hidden charges.

Cons: Quit hiding charges. Let pet owners know on websites that you charge a different price if pets are included.
I stayed at this hotel because it is pet friendly, however, the price is different if you have a pet. The room was shown at one price, the front desk charged me a higher price because of my dog. Total with tax made the room the same price as a suite down the street where pets are okay and no hidden up charge. Though the hotel conditions and staff were clean and polite, I never return to businesses that are not upfront and honest.

Everything was great except the heat n our room. The heater didn't turn off all night, just kept getting hotter. We couldn't control the heat Didn't sleep all night due to heat.

Clean, cheap, but not the best

Hotel was clean, but needs work. I got what I paid for...turned on heat and the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The heat/A/C unit was falling out of the wall, I could see outside around it. The bathroom door frame wasn't straight could see out of the bathroom from bottom half of door. Tiles on bathroom floor were loose, toilet paper holder was falling off. Both mornings the cleaning staff were sitting around in the breakfast area chatting and having breakfast.

Convenience not cool

AC fan never worked! This was our 2nd and last stay with them, our AC did not work the first time we stayed either.They r 'pet friendly' but u hav to sign a gurantee that they will be quite, but hotel lets other people run and yell up and down the hall???

Could have been better.

Shower from room above streaming into our tub

Hotel as a whole was pretty pleasing with a friendly staff and good complimentary breakfast but it was hard to look past the shower from the room above streaming into our tub leaving a brown spot in our tub which I am assuming was rust from pipes. It appeared that this had been an ongoing problem by the looks of the ceiling where the water was coming out. There were other repairs in the room and looked like repairs were done by unskilled contractors. One of the smoke alarms was missing with the old alarm base and wires were hanging from it. I wouldn't stay there again.

Steve, Again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience you had during your stay. The leak coming from the tub above has been fixed and the ceiling has been fixed. There is no more leaks as of today.
