We were on the 1st floor and we could hear the guest above us walking around which seemed like all night the thumping and the floor squeezing we barely got any sleep the water didn’t get hot enough at night time , the water in pool was comfortably warm

Kids had a blast! All of the staff were exceptionally nice. It gets very loud in the pool area with all those kids. Bring earplugs!

Best place to bring children
Kids absolutely loved it. There was some people throwing a football around in the pool which I thought wasn’t the best idea since there was young children everywhere.

Loved the water park! Perfect for families with waterpark and games! In close distance of local restaurants and the Buckeye Imagination Museum. Highly recommend Black Dog Tavern for local food nearby!

Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. I was really nervous about the hotel itself because of a different comfort inn I had been to. This one was GREAT! I asked for extra towels and shortly after they were delivered, the room itself was clean, and front desk was great except for one woman who seemed to be really stressed out that day. The breakfast was good - no complaints! We were lucky enough to do weekdays so it wasn’t busy AT ALL. The pools were maintained well and the kids had an absolute blast! We had a room with a view of the pool and didn’t have any issues with noise. Overall, we were thrilled to stay here and can’t wait to come back!

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave this review. We are sorry that you were not happy with your stay. I apologize that you found the staff to be rude while you were here. When you came to check in 2 hours early and the staff found that you were overoccupancy, they moved things around and were able to pull a room from the reserves and get you rooms that were right next to each other, even with the hotel being sold out. We apologize that while the agent that checked you in was on a phone call when you had issues finding your room that other guests pointed you in the wrong direction. The Housekeeping Supervisor went and found you and pointed you in the correct direction to which you responded rudely under your breath. Again, we apologize that you were not happy with your stay and respect your decision to not stay with us again in the future.

The pool area was over crowded no one watching there kids adults drinking and bein intoxicated parking lot had people in cars doin drugs and the nasty place is not safe at all

The rooms are a little outdated. No elevator so ask for a fist floor if you have a lot of things to carry. More than half the machines in the arcade were out of order so there wasn’t much to do there. The ice cream machine was out of order as well. The best part was the splash harbor !! Water was warm and everything was clean. Kids had a lot of fun!

Nice hotel for kids
Breakfast was kid friendly and good. Water park was good for the kids, a bit cold for me, but the kids did not care. Arcade was nice too. Good variety of games for the kids.

The Splash Harbor was just way to crowded and cloudy. Our car was broken into. And having a cop on sight says alot. Will not recommend or book again.
