The property is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. The only negative thing about it was the fact that it was under construction on the other floors. Not noisy though.

The rooms were nice. We didn’t realize it was under construction/renovation, so we didn’t have wifi. But overall the stay was nice. I will be excited to see the improvements after renovations are complete.

Carpets were stained in numerous spots. There were dried up puddles in the bathroom under the vanity making the bathroom floor appear dirty and the toilet would not flush. I called to notify the front desk of the issue with the toilet and Lewis told me there was absolutely nothing they could do about it at all. I had to repair the toilet myself so we could use the bathroom during our stay. very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and concern from staff.

Bed and bathroom were OK but the room was dirty, furniture was broken and beat up, air conditioning/heater unit gave off dust and a terrible smell. Badly in need of renovations.

Everyone was amazing in the faculty. The room we got was really run down though. Cracked tile in the bathroom, holes in the walls. Random bosses throughout the night. My daughter was convinced it was haunted. Lol. Really empty inside, no homely decor. Didn't feel like the price matched the property.

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway (1 night stay). The service was friendly and our room was close to the vending machines which was nice. We enjoyed the continental breakfast too.

This hotel is in need of a remodeling and updating. It was clean and quiet with a limited breakfast and is right off of the highway. Price was lower than the nicer hotels nearby.

Bad stay in Mansfield
Hotel in really poor condition. Upon check in there were no king rooms available. Was told we have to speak to GM on Monday for a bill adjustment. Employee on site cannot do that. First room we occupied had wet carpeting near HVAC unit. Will not return.

The property needs a full renovation. The carpet in my room had stains. The sofa was nasty looking. The curtains looked they never been cleaned. I sprayed Lysol on the bed before getting in it. It was ok for the 2 night stay and the reason I was in town. The breakfast was good.
