Great hotel near the Aristide wedding venue.

Pros: The staff could not have been more accomodating.
Cons: More small refrigerators for non suite rooms.
Location: Plenty to do in the area, lots of shopping, Elmer W Oliver Nature Park very close, the Aristide wedding venue.
We occupied about 15 to 20 rooms for a family wedding. The service was great and we were able to utilize the breakfast room to socialize at night. The average stay of our group was 3 nights. It was wonderful to all be together. Breakfast was accomodating with choices for all, both hot and cold. My only complaint is our weekend went too fast. I would recommend this hotel to any looking for a place to stay in the Mansfield area.

Close to destination.

It was a great price for a last minute decision especially how close it was to our destination. Definitely would stay again.

Wonderful hotel

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. They corrected any issues immediately and even called our room right after checkin to ensure everything was up to our standards. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of options. They kept it well stocked and clean. Would visit again!

Hotel OK, Breakfast not so much

Pros: The rooms were fine. The desk staff was very friendly. The Neutrogena brand shampoo, conditioner & soap were appreciated. The mattress was comfy.
Cons: The breakfast, if removed altogether, would be an improvement.
Location: Right across the street is a huge shopping area. Everything is a short drive. Mansfield is very pleasant.
A free breakfast is never a reason to choose a hotel over another one. So it wasn't why we chose the Hampton. But as long as it was right there . . . we took advantage. Big mistake. The coffee was so weak, you could see through it. I made a mental note to choose "Robust" the next morning. But the stronger coffee was no different from the regular coffee. My husband said the eggs were inedible. I decided to play it safe and do the oatmeal and it was watery and completely flavorless. This was simply not good food. If you're going to offer a free breakfast as part of the stay, you really should put a little effort into it. Our local soup kitchen offers better food to the homeless. I felt like I was being handed a free meal that was worth exactly what I paid for it.

Short business stay- excellent attentive staff, clean room, bed was excellent, parking acceptable, consider there was construction going on, as a guest the only sign was the vehicles on site. Construction did not impact my stay. Great experience.
