Ok hotel, check your bill and sheets

My family and I stayed here Labor day weekend for our family reunion. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. It was also convenient to the highway. The service was not the best because the front desk was new and gave us false information concerning a $25 fee they charge daily to your card for incidentals, which I have never heard of. My cousin was given the wrong room, she reserved a double but was given a single king. The hotel was booked so they couldn't correct it. Also, at the end of the trip they charged her card twice for the stay and wouldn't refund it because the manager was on vacation and we was told that he could only do it. This is a real inconvenience when you are traveling and need funds right away. Also, cleaning was done daily on the room but the sheets was Not changed. Makeup was still on them from the night before so the cleaning person just pulled up the same sheets and made the bed, which made us wonder if the tub, toilet or anything else was neglected. Overall, the hotel was nice, service sucked, cleaning of the rooms was average and breakfast was ok.
