Under complete remodel

Horrible. Pool closed, drop cloths everywhere, signs saying to make sure to wear shoes, construction dust everywhere and price gouged to 250. Due to event in area. I’ll never stay there again. When asked to be compensated because pool closed was told it would be open next day and no way water green with construction material floating in it

Beds were very hard. When we booked our stay, nothing was mentioned about the hotel going through renovations. The indoor pool was a big selling point for us, however, upon arrival it was out of commission due to renovations. Nothing else was available in town. We had no choice but to stay.

We were not told that they were in construction. The smell on the paint, the dust, dirt, overall it was a terrible experience.

OVERPRICED

Pros: The indoor pool
Cons: Charge less when you're doing construction and using a jackhammer 8 hours out of the day!
I understand I booked only a week and a half in advance so I also understand an elevated fee. However, the amount construction and remodeling going on it was very loud, messy and disruptive especially for the price I paid. There was no notification of remodeling or reconstruction when I booked the room. We only found out about it when we were there to check in after a 3 hour drive at 9:30pm. We had trouble with the wifi which was very frustrating as well.

Had to wait for 15+ minutes for the front desk clerk to return to check in Room smelled like someone had smoked in it and then housekeeping tried to deodorize the room but it didn't work.

Nice, close to the hwy.

Pros: The room and staff.
Cons: Spray for ants and other pest. The parking is limited.
Location: Do not know.
Positively speaking. . .The staff was pleasant and helpful. Negatives. . . .parking for the UHaul and vehicle, ants in the bathroom, and a mistake on my bill.
