I was charged by Expedia and the hotel also charged me again for the same night. I still haven’t received credit for the second charge.

UNDER RENOVATION

Pros: location
Cons: More attention to detail having rooms ready.
Location: location is excellent
Started off bad from going in to the first room which had two huge spots of mold on the wall that had not been taking care of to the hot tub not being hot to running out of hot water Sunday morning. Just overall not a good experience and will choose a different hotel when in that area.

Very nice hotel

Easy checkin. Regina was friendly and efficient. Room nice size. Bed comfy. Upgraded bath. Painting where old sink was,was sloppy and off color. Should have painted all walls. Overall Recommend.

Great location and clean

Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast needed more variety but overall I would stay here again. Wish I had known about shuttle service to cowboys game before.

Decent hotel

Hotel was decent , the price was good compared to other hotels in that area.. the hotel claimed to be smoke free however the elevator and the 2nd floor smelled like cigarettes. The towels in the bathroom were VERY small and not soft at all. Thankful that I brought my own pillow from home since the ones on the bed weren't that great.

The ladies at the front desk were so sweet. Location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. Room was very worn looked thrown together nothing matched and the closet door was missing. The chair and lamp looked liked they needed to be replaced and in the drawer between the beds we found another persons clothing.

I will however, make sure that our housekeeping is going through each drawer to ensure that other guest property is being found and returned back to the owner.
