nice place to stay ,with in reach of a lot of thin

Pros: the nice beds and people
everyone was good at what they did, the breakfast was amazing!,, the only bad was the debit card pop machine

Thank you for your nice compliments on my staff, they sure do know what their doing and they do it well! I'm glad you enjoyed the breakfast after all it is the most important meal of the day and we strive to have the best "hotel" breakfast we can offer! I must agree the debit vending machines are ridiculous and I am trying to get it corrected!

Clean. Friendly staff.

We always stay here when in the area. They have a huge breakfast each morning. When we stayed, we got to breakfast just before a breaker tripped, but Patty was flawless in her dealings with the people who came in after that. Front desk always nice, friendly. Suggestion - please have Excel and Word installed on the business center computer. This was first time using it, so I was surprised those programs were not there.

Convenient location near the activities I came for

Pros: Most everything was fine. Parking lot layout was very convenient. Good soundproofing...or quiet other guests, whichever.
Cons: It's a business that knows what it's doing to appeal to most of its customers...and doing it well.
Location: Ashland College, mainly...and its assorted activities.
Clean, welcoming room. Well laid out for efficiency. Accessories were all there. Staff was really nice and pleasant and happy. I don't care for king size bed...but it was OK. Pillows (many) and covers were what most people like, I guess. I prefer much less bulk...but, again, I really believe most folks like the big & fluffy for both. Need some humidification in the room. At 66 degree temp, my mouth felt like a sandbox.

not worth the money

Location: location was okay, few fast food near-by, Wendys was very dirty.
it was old, room had a funky smell, bed was hard. staff was very nice, pool was okay

The pool and hot tub didn't work. Hotel staff is nice but it took 20 minutes to check in. Only one person at the desk who was not there when returning to the desk. Hallway had a strong smell of some type of cleaning agent, but when in the room could not smell it. Room was clean and cozy. Bathroom was very small. You get what you pay for.

True you do get what you pay for and that is a clean cozy room. I do apologize for your wait during check-in and the inconvenience of the pool being down during your stay. I notified all third party websites as soon as we knew we needed a new pump. I hope that you will return and will enjoy our wonderful pool area the next time you visit us!
