"There is an elevator however what staff didn't tell us that the building is shaped so weird that is a super long walk to it then a super long walk back to your room. You are better off just hauling all of your stuff up the steps if you can. The layout of the hotel is absolutely terrible. The breakfast also was not the best, not many options. The night before our stay I got a text saying that the pool was out of commission and no one at the hotel would answer the phone to answer my question concerning it. It took me calling Expedia and them sending an email to get an answer out of them. Obviously staying with kids its not ideal that we get informed the night before that the pool isn't working."

"The front staff had to be rang twice for check-in. We finally got to our room and discovered the heat was blasting and no way to turn the air conditioning on to cool it off. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk for help as the a/c unit was not working. We opened the window and discovered no screen so we had to stand watch while the window was open. The beds appeared clean and fairly comfortable. We found rust on the doorframe and a broken trim to the bathroom. The shower had good pressure and an ample supply of hot water. Overall, the experience was quite poor and we will never return."

"We were disappointed there was no continental breakfast—even a sweet treat with our coffee or English muffins for toast would have been appreciated! We were expecting the same breakfast as when we stayed in the main building."
