“I selected the sweetheart room when i booked the stay but only got butterflies on the wall. It was okay. The room was clean and the staff came right over to fix the television. I didn't get to use the hot tub or the fireplace. ”

“The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. ”

“Trash from previous occupant left in room; toilet seat not attached; only 3 electrical outlets in room; no ice machine; bedside table had outlets but there was no outlet to plug it into; no chairs of any kind; took trash to office to get another bag and they wanted me to take the trash to the dumpster - RIGHT!; only 2 overhead lights in room (1 in bathroom and 1 in bedroom) - no lamps; no hand soap; no tissues; shower barely sprayed out the water; no housekeeping - had to go to office to get……

“The location was convenient, stores all around. The Front desk person was not at the Front desk most of the times. You would have to call using a phone and then he would come to the front.”

“Bad: quality of room lacks. No fridge, no microwave, bring your own pillow and towels. Those provided are the most basic of basics. Key card malfunctions so be prepared to visit front desk often. This hotel is not like any other chain that I’m aware of…it’s like they pasted the chain name to attract. Not sure if this is a Philly standard but not worth the money imo. Good: a/c was super cold. Property was quiet and guests were friendly. Staff was courteous. Ample parking. There’s a Dennys and……
