Very nice all inclusive with very good service

Pros: The rooms were very nice, pools everywhere, and the food at all locations were very good. The grounds were well maintained lish with palms trees etc.
Location: We took an ATV (4 wheeler's) trip and while on the beach our guide stopped us and showed where turtles had laid their eggs the night before - WOW
The Barcelo Karmina is a great place to stay for complete relaxation and leaving your worries at home. The service was excellent, the food was good and the staff friendly. Manzanillo is not a big tourist town so having the resort with all the amenities makes it perfect.

excellent family friendly hotel

Pros: The structure, swimming pools and grounds were excellent.
Cons: repair rusty bridge Have beach BBQ bar Hot food at buffet restaurant is always boiling thus, drying up and making it unappealing.
Location: Not much to do near by. Town doesn't have any attractions
We enjoyed our stay, Most of visitors were grown ups. It was mostly quiet and relaxing.

The suite was amazing, with private access to beac

Had such a great stay! Had a nice quiet and private access to beach area with very clear water that allowed you to see lots of different fish swimming around in shallow water. And the pool was also great for our 2 year old. Staff was friendly and always made sure guest had all the food and drinks they wanted

Elegant and comfortable

Spent a short time there but it was fabulous. Daily events for those needing things to do and areas to relax for those wanting nothing to do. Absolute enjoyment!

The nicest restaurants shown on photos not open.

It was not what I expected. The staff was rude and seemed clueless about everything going on in the resort. I didn't go to Mexico to eat Japanese food. The only restaurant available was Japanese. Very disappointing. The desk clerk supervisor was very unprofessional.

The servers were very good especially Marcos at the Capri It is a very welcoming resort We would have liked more variety in restaurants

Very nice all inclusive experience.

Pros: Great customer service.
Cons: I saw some employees complain about the tools needed to perform their daily jobs such as the omelette cook had to share a spatula with her assistant.
Location: Several activities such as kayak, pool events.
I had a great time. The pools were excellent since they had different sections. Beach was tiny but well kept. Food at the buffet was very good and the service was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. On my visit the elevator next to my room was out of service. I took 4 floors of the stairs since the next elevator was at the very end of the bldg. Personally I wouldn't recommend the premium option unless you want to use the room service.

Best Hotel in Manzanillo

Pros: The comfortable beds and the restaurants
We make a yearly trip to Karmina Palace during the last week in September and keep coming back year after year! The quality of their food, the comfortable room, the staff, the beach, we love it all. The private beach is small and with hardly any waves which is perfect for us. Make sure you reserve at least one night at the Agave Restaurant, the sunset is gorgeous and the food is amazing. Don't miss the evening shows, the dancers are very talented and entertaining. We will be back again next year!
