Great Hotel

Pros: food was great and pools were very clean. the beach section was very small and cramped did not like it
Cons: They could improve the seafood menu.
Great stay the hotel was great everything was super

Nice hotel with great pools

Pros: The rooms, common areas and swimming pools.
Cons: I think they can work on the food. It was good but not great.
Location: The beach was small and it had HUGE rocks, half of the bay was not a safe place to swim.
Very nice facilities, the common areas were well maintained. There were several swimming pools. This was a great option for us because we traveled with kids. The food was good and the staff very friendly.

Pros: El lobby esta bonito, pero no dan informacion de las actividades de los restaurant por ejemplo,
Cons: No hay Valet Parking, estacionaminento calientisimo, maquinas de hielo sin hielo , personal de limpieza no respeta privacidad abre cuartos sin pregu
Location: no recibi informacion
En general deja mucho que decear un hotel de esa categoria me deja un poco decepcionado, esperaba mas la verdad

Great Stay.

Pros: I loved the views, the staff, the food, the room, the entertainment at night, the bars, and the pools.
Location: There's not much to do outside of the resort. There's plenty to do in the resort, but not outside of it.
The service was great. The food at the restaurants was delicious. The views from any angle at the hotel are awesome. Great place to take pictures. The staff is friendly and always willing to help out. However, there were not enough waiters around the pool area, we had to go look for them to get a drink. Once we did, they kept the drinks coming without having to ask them. Barcelo Karmina has some of the nicest people working there. Our room was spacious and cold, just the way I like it, and very clean.

LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL EXCELETE SOBRE TODO EN LOS RESTAURANTES, EN CUESTION DE ALIMENTOS BUENOS, MUY LIMPIO LAS AREAS AL AIRE LIBRE, EN RELACION A LAS HABITACIONES, CONSIDERO QUE DEBEN YA CAMBIAR EL MOBILILARIO, YA ESTA VIEJO, LAS PUERTAS DEL AREA DE BAÑO YA ESTAN MUY DETERIORADAS Y EL SOFA CAMA YA LE FALTA MANTENIMIENTO.

El hotel es precioso, las habitaciones también , lo que no me dejó muy satisfecha es el servicio y el personal poco amable , en los restaurantes sobre todo y el servicio en la playa nefasto , se atrevió a decirme que ese servicio. No lo tenían que hacer , Y todos te miran con desconfianza , creo que falta mucha cultura en su personal , ya que deja mucho que desear sus cuatro diamantes que presumen . Porque te cobran un servicio que no cumplen

Great service below average facilities.

Service was great the facilities were poor. Had the same menu every day. Food verity was awful. Would get up at 5am and all the hotel lights were turned off. Pools were extremely cold and no shade in pool area. Hotel is on the verge of being a 3 star. The master suite with the pool was nice. Enjoyed the coffee with the view of the ocean. Not a bad place to stay just not a great place stay. Overall the family and I had fun but would not return.
