Hotel its ok

Cons: Food, pool cleaning
We stayed here at las hadas for 3 days hotel ok but kind to expensive for all inclusive not to much to choose same food every day pools to dirty grounds it's ok very well kept but oh my god the room we stay extremely small for my mom who is 85 and wife,daughter, my y kitchen in my house is bigger than that we talk to front desk to see if there was a mistake about the room but she say no that's what assign to have so me and wife discuss about that for 700$ for 2 nights we supposed to stay in better place not like this hadas never going back. So disappointed. Please think twice if you plan to stay here.

Great location.

Hotel is in a amazing location. The grounds are beautiful. My only two complaints about it are: The mosquitoes in the room that bit me like 20 times and the all inclusive service was way under my expectations.

En general bien, pero la recepción es chica y los grupos se amontonan afectando a quienes viajamos en pareja para el check-in y check out, el aire acondicionado en la habitación no funcionó adecuadamente, considero que falta modernizar más en general al hotel tomando en cuenta que su edad aprox. es de 40 años.

Excelentes vacaciónes!

Nos prestaron cuna para la bebé, habitación amplia y limpia, excelente trato y servicio de todo el personal del hotel, instalaciónes en muy buen estado. Los alimentos muy ricos pero algo caros si no tienes el todo incluido. Lo único malo es que hay muchísimas escaleras por todo el hotel sin rampa ni elevador lo que dificulta tu estancia si tienes carreola o algún impedimento físico.

El servicio del personal bastante lento, bueno pero poco personal para la cantidad de gente que había, en servirnos una bebida se tardaron 40 minutos

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The food was excellent, the room very clean and comfortable, the pool beautiful and the beach facilitities were great. It was a thoroughly enjoyable vacation!

Hotel en buen estado de conservación

La habitación se reservó con una cama King Size con dos meses de anticipación y cuando llegamos nos dieron una de dos camas y no cambian muy bien
