(It would also suit two couples as long as nobody minds sharing a shower, since the second bath is only a half-bath.) It's very clean, very nicely appointed, has comfortable bedding and linens, and offers plenty of space to spread out. We were there in the dead of winter and it rained almost the whole time, which we loved because we went there to read and relax by the fire. But in warmer/dryer weather we would have taken advantage of the property's outside spaces too. Just a block from the grocery store and a short walk to Manzanita's main drag as well as the beach.
