"The staff was very nice and accommodating but a few need more English proficiency considering your worldwide international clientele. Our room was clean but could use a chest of drawers and more amenities (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream and a rubber shower mat), breakfast was excellent, dinner just OK, and we felt safe in the hotel. I liked being out of the traffic and chaos of Ulaanbaatar Square which was about 20 minutes away during rush hour - a cheap cab ride. "

"Convenient location, clean and spacious room, restaurant on site. Around 8 stairs to climb up to the entrance, with a rather steep ramp for luggage. The staff rushed out to help with that.
My only complaints are that when we arrived at 4 p.m., our room still wasn't ready for check-in, and when we were finally able to check in about an hour later, they'd only equipped it with enough towels for one person, not two. A minor inconvenience; I'd still stay here again. "
"Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) However, although they've made efforts to keep things up, the carpet was in pretty sad condition to the point I felt reluctant to put anything clean on the floor. Red wine stains throughout the room and pretty grunge-y around the edges. Please replace, Bishrelt.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent with good choices and the front desk staff were very helpful. Overall, a great value for the money and we had a good rest after a very hectic two weeks out on the steppe. Would stay again. "
