Room had no hot water, bathroom had pubes empty THC bottle, gross pop stains on the floor and the soap was dirty. The bed was fine, the windows didn't stay open and their was bed bugs on the sill.

There were definitely people smoking in the non smoking rooms. My wife and I could smell it throughout the entire floor and elevator. We never got the extra blankets we asked for. There was only 1 toilet paper roll in the bathroom halfway used. Its sad to see how rundown this location has become. Definitely dont plan on staying at this place again.

The room was not ready so they moved us to another room. The burners were missing with cleaning agents all over it. There was no shower curtain. They didn't update our room number so we had no wifi during our stay. We just used our hotspot on our phones. Property smelled of marijuana. Disappointed how woke this city has become.

The issue I had was promptly corrected. The breakfast was a high carbohydrate breakfast and since I am on a no-carbohydrate diet all I could have was tea.

The front desk staff when i checked in was very unfriendly. I got to my room and my curtain on my winow was hanging 3/4 of the way off the track ao had to stuff the corner of it in the window in order for it to atay closed. The table had one bent leg and any amount of weight on thwre would probably make it fall. The bed rocked back and forth any time i moved. It also smelled musty and like pee when i got in the room and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag so not sure what that was all about. I also found a medium sized bug when i moved the curtain but it looked like a stink bug which are harmless and i didnt see anymore after that. I was not impressed with my stay at all and will not be returning at any point in the future. I also feel bad for the people that have to stay for extended periods of time.

This property sadly is very dirty with garbage outside the property and inside the halls of the property, even the large area rug in front of the desk for check in is filthy like its never been vacuumed. The stove in the room was not useable due to the burners being rusted over. We did NOT stay we walked right out and cancelled our reservation.

Their front desk staff were arguing from 8 pm to about 9, then again 6:00am to 8:00 am when I checked out. I am still waiting for my receipt so I can get reimbursed for my stay. Never stay there again.

It was promoted as a smoke free room. I'm sure that is the desire of the hotel, but there has been plenty of smoking going on. The carpet was damp like they were attempting to remove the smell. The biggest issue for me was that the deadbolt could not be thrown as the strike plate was misaligned and the door latch was broken off. To close the door I had to wrestle the door into place. It was only one night but I slept with one eye open.

1st of all we did not check in until 7 p.m. and they informed us that the room we had booked (studio queen) was not available. They said they had a king but that would cost more money. We were caught between a rock and a hard place so I told them fine, we would take the king. They rang up the king room for $76. I had paid Hotels.com $99 for a queen. I said, What happens to the money that I paid to Hotels.com and he said...Well then it will be %5.17 extra from that. Needless to say...that did not impress me that I paid $23 EXTRA to book through you. The carpets were grimy and stained and I ended up putting my shoes back on in the room. Check out was at 11 a.m. and at 10:30 they came knocking at the door to make sure that we were leaving soon. The room was clean as far as the sheets and bathroom.

Our kitchen sink was dripping all night long. There was a dripping sound in the bathroom (like between the walls), but we couldn't tell where it was coming from. The outside pet area was not well maintained & my key card would not work at that door. The breakfast area was supposed to be open until 9:30 am, but they ran out of coffee at 7:45 am and the guy at the front desk said that he did not know how to make coffee and the person who did had already left for the day. I don't think I will stay at this location again.

The place is in terrible shape. There are sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot all day and night. I did not feel safe here. The non-smoking room reeked of cigar smoke. The elevator is rusted and dirty. The staff were unfriendly and uncaring, more concerned with their own conversations than helping paying customers.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life. I’m thankful for the Expedia agent that helped resolve things, but upon arrival they wouldn’t let me check-in as they claimed I owed an additional $192 USD. I had already paid in full on Expedia! I ended up having to spend roughly an hour trying to work it out between them, Expedia at 11pm after a full day of travels. I also had to turn on roaming on my phone which ended up costing me additional charges just so I could contact Expedia since the hotel wouldn’t give me access to their internet without having a room.. which I was ironically trying to access. Even after finally being allowed into our room, guest internet never worked which further added to my roaming charges, place was just grungy.. stained carpets, dirty tub, dirty faucets, loud tenants. Tenants fighting and screaming in the parking lot. I will not be returning.

Horrible. Entire building was dirty and unkept. Took twenty minutes to get room cards as the majority of them were worn out and wouldn’t take the room code. Tile floors in room were sticky. Bathroom was filthy and obviously not cleaned in a long time. . Bed was worn out. Holes and gouges in walls in room . Trim on cabinets was mismatched and poorly repaired. This is for sure a doper hotel. I would sleep in my car before going here again.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that it was fairly cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. The person at check-in was friendly and apologetic. The room was dirty. There were obvious" yucky" leftovers on the headboard of the bed and bed skirt. It was not stocked with any dishes. Also, those were not readily available upon request either. No toaster, no coffee pot, no hair dryer. The TVs are not smart, so no Netflix or any apps. The water never got hot in the shower. And the pressure was less than desirable. That about sums it up.
