the hotel was very generous and flexible on schedule. I have arrived at noon and they gave me the fully ready room before the check in time with no questions. Thank you.

Great hotel in Mapo District

Pros: Room confort
Location: Metro station is located in less of 100 meters
Hotel is located in the heart of Mato District, one of the most commercial ones. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has a lot of variety. Concierge and Bell Boys are so helpful also.

nice hotel to connect public transportation

I stayed this hotel before and always I feel very convenient to connect with public transportation to reach downtown and also airport. and also there are many nice restaurant nearby

I'm backpacking around Asia and needed a night away from the hostel life. I was exhausted and carrying a huge backpack when I walked in. The ladies at the front desk did not greet me right away and probably thought I wasn't a guest. Overall good stay but wish the service was mutual among all customers.

Travelled during late October. Hotel policy to turn off AC around 10/11pm so we could only rely on small window. Temperate outside and wind direction not strong enough to keep room cool or circulated so it was quite hot and stuffy even if fan was provided. Having skin allergy when it gets too hot does not help either. Rooms are ok apart from that

I couldn't sleep, cause there were mosquitos keeping biting me. But the hotels's location to the main attractions was very goo.

Lovely hotel

The hotel was close to two subway stops and in a suitable area. The room (and bed) was very comfortable. Wifi was spotty.

Spotless room and excellent amenities and service. Very close to major subway line as well.
