From the moment i walked into the room i went to use the bathroom and it flooded. I called guest services to see if they would change our room before we settled in and they refused. They stated i had to call expedia. Which i did with no resolution the whole stay..

Modern building design. Rooms are the standard US Hotel chain. Nothing special. The Gym is very good. Streaming devices like Firestick cannot access the WiFi.

Rooms are dated, food and drinks onsite are not good, tried to charge me for a late checkout, wouldn't give me more nespresso capsules, weak AC in rooms.. For the price I paid I expected a lot more. Will not be returning to this property.

I didn't like this place at all. Bathroom tub and walls very dirty. Comforter was dirty and so was bed skirt. Rug in the room was old and dirty, I will never come to this place againl

The staff are all beyond wonderful, attentive, helpful and so very friendly. Beautiful modern and very clean hotel, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Delicious breakfast buffet. The only thing I'd critique would be that the rooms be updated with more outlets since we all depend on so much technology these days. Other than that, no complaints and would absolutely stay there again!

The breakfast service, remarkable Cons: did not have the kinder open, the parking was paid at a high cost (we thought it was free or included in the fee) and due to an external issue we could not enjoy the swimming pool 1 out of the 2 days we stayed..

The staff was incredible nice and open to help you in whatever you need. The restaurant could have a bit more options but the food was really good. The breakfast was stunning and delicious with tons of options. The facilities are gorgeous, clean and comfortable. We had massages and we couldn’t have been more relaxed, Alejandra I think was they woman’s name, make sure she is the one that makes the massage for you.

the food, the cleanliness and the friendly staff but there were things that I thought should have been addressed better considering the quality of the hotel like the bathroom facets.

Nice Stay
It was a good hotel, but it shows signs of wear. I can see why it is a 4-star hotel, but there was wallpaper coming off the wall. It is quite far from the airport, but amazing views of the city/beach.

Very good hotel, in a perfect place for walking and having lunch or dinner. Rooms are clean and spacious. a very nice pool with i didn't use and a nice Spa (i had a massage there). also used the restaurant that has a view of the naval base and gold court.

Worst hotel ever
If you paying premium $ on Sheraton, one should expect good service and comfortable stay. But this hotel is worst ever, considering that I have lived across the world in 5 star hotels, I have never wrote a review for another hotel, and this is my first bad, really bad experience. I got a room on 7th floor, called the front desk, my AC is not working, he said, he will send the maintenance. Half hour later, no one arrived and I went down to ask at the front desk, the guy said, “open the windows” because AC is turned OFF, lol. You kidding me? Then at 2 am, I again went down to tell another front desk manager, come to my room and see how terribly hot it is in there, I better sleep in the lobby, he came inside and agreed that it was really bad. He switched my room to one on 4th floor, well, AC was working fine in this one? I wont be staying in Sheraton hotels ever, and wont recommend it to anyone, I told them to even donate my SPG points to anyone else, as I wont be using them anymore. The only people I saw smiling and giving smile were the cleaners in this hotel, other than that, everyone else has a ZOMBIE face, as if they hate their work and dont like customers.

Nice hotel. Far from beach
The hotel is awesome. Pool and gym very comfortable. The staff very nice and courteous. However, to go to the beach you have to walk long 5 blocks downhill. Coming back uphill is a bigger problem

First night good, second night not so good!
The second night of our stay there was a party going on with electronic music that vibrated up through the building to our room on the 3rd floor. Earlier in the day when they were doing a sound check I voiced my concerns and was told the doors downstairs would be closed and it wouldn't be a problem. I asked to be moved to a higher floor and was told it wouldn't be necessary. This went on from around Midnight till around 5:00 AM. When we called down to the desk the volume would be turned down for a short while then raised louder. We are very unlikely to stay in one of their hotels or recommend them to friends and family.

Terrible staff at breakfast buffet (no greeting, no welcoming, no accommodating, no nothing). Pools: the outdoor pool is only available for use on weekends (great disappointment) and the indoor pool is only for grown ups. I booked because of the pool mainly just to find out what I just mentioned. Temperature was 25 to 30 degrees Celsius and the outside pool looked in perfect condition. I found the hotel too pricey.

The location was great, sea view amazing specially in the sunrise, the breakfast really nice with variety of fruits and options, everything was great except that at Floor 9 with windows closed the traffic could be heard and was difficult to get to sleep. I would stay again in this Hotel, and price quality was very fair.

Not the best Sheraton, but good enough
Good hotel. They ruined the dress shirt that I sent in for laundry, but did their best to make amends on it, so it worked out. The room kind of was missing a few key amenities that I would prefer. For example, no cork screw in the room, no alarm clock. Pool was a bit small & hours were a bit short. Fitness facility was great.

Beautiful Resort Area
Was in Mar del Plata for business. Hotel is great with outstanding views of the ocean on one side of building. Biggest challenges were that the elevators seemed to have problems reading key cards to access guest floors, and the lobby bar couldn't take MasterCard payment, although the Front Desk could. Would stay here again for business and/or pleasure.

Modern, clean hotel in nicer part of town. Definitely picked the wrong time of year to visit, but couldn't fault the hotel. Restaurant was a bit sub-standard for the pricing. Town itself is a bit of a dump.
