“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update.
The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there.
However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience!

“It was stressful that after paying for the hotel we had to wait in line the day of to buy pool tickets to hopefully get them. We were not allowed to purchase them at check in. It was the only reason we booked the trip. If it sold out we would have been out of luck and there wouldn’t have been anything for the kids to do. ”

“We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season.
1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. “Hotel smelled amazing right from the start. Not sure what they are using but I want it for my home. Room was clean and well appointed with microwave, fridge, and sink. Beds were really comfortable. I would absolutely stay again. Location was perfect with walking distance to main street with coffee shops and other restaurants , as well as unique boutique shops.”

“My stay was terrible from the very first day. I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, and the front desk was closed. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. After finally managing to get into my room (already exhausted) I went to take a shower, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise: one towel was stained with blood, and another smelled foul. I ended up having to dry myself with a face towel. As if that weren't enough, there was no one available at the front desk for checkout at……

“We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed the fire by the bay. The walls are thin and we ended up using a white noise ap to block out the noise. A warning to anyone who struggles with stairs. There is not an elevator and even if you get a first floor room the breakfast buffet is gonna flight of stairs. If stairs aren’t an issue for your group then this is a great hotel.”
