"Beautiful hotel in an amazing area "
Overall this hotel was wonderful. The location was superb- right across from the square Place des Vosges. Wonderful cafes, restaurants, a great cheap bakery with sushi nearby, and some cool galleries on the same street. Also very closed proximity to all Le Marais has to offer. The hotel lobby and grounds were lovely and the staff were great. Our hotel room wasn't cleaned properly when we first checked in and they immediately apologized, had it cleaned, and gave us a nice bottle of champagne on the house to apologize. The room itself was tranquil and nice, and looked out onto a pretty Japanese style garden. Only downsides: the safe was tiny, you couldn't even fit an iPad inside, and the bed was very firm (bordering on uncomfortable). Still, the many pros outway the minor cons and I would definitely stay here again.
