"Last minute trip to Paris"
This little Hotel is a jewel! We planned a spontaneous trip to Paris and found this Hotel at an excellent price on Expedia. Our room was on the 5th floor with a King size bed, small frig, beautiful bath and a private patio. There is a very small lift to get you to your room. The staff was very friendly and eager to help in any way. The hotel is very convenient to most of the attraction and many restaurants. It is within walking distance to the Siene, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre and has easy access to metro, tour buses and taxis to take you to the Eiffel Tower! You can even get to Versailles riding the metro but it can be confusing! We had a wonderful time in Paris. The weather was in the 70s and most days were sunny but did have light showers a couple of days. I would suggest walking down to the Siene and finding a Big Bus tour of the city so you will know where everything is. We bought two day tickets with a river cruise and used it to tour the city as you can hop off and on at different attractions. Take in dinner and a show at Moulin Rouge, you won't regret it! Delicious food, beautiful and exciting show in a gorgeous theater. The Hotel was excellent and would love to stay there again if we were to return to Paris.

"Quiet hotel on the edge of the Marais"
We were visiting Paris for five days for a family celebration. We were five adults and we had two superior rooms. The room for three was exceptionally spacious, with a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a shower. Just minutes walk from metro stations, bus stops, and plenty of places to eat. Very well located for the Picasso Museum, the lovely Temple Square area in the Marais, and an easy stroll to the river, Notre Dame, etc.

A beguiling mix of art and architecture, the revitalised Beaubourg and Marais districts are home to Paris’ Jewish community and a thriving gay scene. Attractions include the Pompidou Centre, Place des Vosges (Paris’ oldest square), the Picasso museum, Notre-Dame cathedral and bijou Ile-St-Louis. Stalls selling birds, flowers and books line the banks of the Seine. Village St-Paul is good for antique-hunting. The area is best explored on foot.
