Magic location !
Overall good hotel, seems some small maintenance was lacking. but we received an upgrade to a room with better Airco and a fantastic breakfast ! very close to Ferrari Factori, store and museum.

Beautiful, centrally located.
We were only here for one night before we left very early for a flight. We wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was very helpful, our room was great! Highly recommend room 501 if you’re an F1 fan as the balcony overlooks the Ferrari F1 factory.

The location for a F1 fan is brilliant, the junior suite layout is fantastic, breakfast area a bit small. Could do with a bit of sprucing up but overall wonderful for a family

It was the first hotel that nobody really spoke English except one clerk ... kind of hard when you don’t speak Italian at all

The hotel was well locate a couple of blocks from the Shrine, the hotel personel was kind and the room clean. Breakfast was enough with a good service.

Very convenient location just across the street of the Ferrari Factory. Fair price for a very spacious two level room with a large balcony. Small bathroom with a shower that was meant for a camper wagon.

Welcoming and helpful reception staff. Hotel in perfect position for everything Ferrari related. Breakfast was particularly good - much better than expected given previous reviews - the chocolate cake was the best of our month long trip.

Very convenient for Ferrari sites. Basic hotel but good value for 5 people and we enjoyed having a suite which slept all of us in and which had a massive balcony with views over Maranello.

Perfect location in Maranello
Across the street from the Ferrari factory entrance. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! Thanks for the dinner recommendation, Drakes was fantastic!

Nice hotel within walking distance of museum
Hotel rooms were wonderful. The triple had more than enough room for 3 adults. The staff is friendly, but had limited information about surrounding area and transportation. Good experience, but would recommend others to do their own research before getting to the hotel.

Great Location
This was a great hotel was across the road from main train station which made it extremely easy to get to from the airport and also when checking out and travelling by train to our next destination. Also the hop on hop off stop and shopping outlet buses stop out the front. Staff were really friendly and breakfast was great. I would definitely stay again.

Was a one night stay over for the Ferrari museum. Had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the main bed, which has no headboard, instead a flat piece of wood level with the mattress.

Stayed in junior suite. Downstairs beds not very comfortable. Everything else good. Parking garage a little "tight" for anything larger than a sub compact car. Can't beat location though.

Convinient and comfy hotel
Hotel is a great for what we wanted a hotel close to the musem we had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the factory so hubby was a happy man . The breakfast choice was typocal european but good , all in all would reccomend .

Well located.
Great location. I was in the city for a day only, to visit the Ferrari Museum and do a test drive. Location couldn't be better.

Comfortable rooms and great location.
Big rooms and a powerful shower. Breakfast is a buffet with a fair selection of products. Right opposite the Ferrari factory gates and next to the new F1 facilities.

If you're going to Maranello for anything Ferrari-related, you gotta stay here. It's located between the main factory gates and the new F1 team headquarters, above the flagship Ferrari store and only a couple blocks from the museum. It's comfortable, each room has a nice small balcony, a nice bathroom and the free daily breakfast was great as well.

More than satisfactory.
Everything about the hotel was good, and it was very convenient to our destination. We had a lovely room. The only down side to this location is very limited places to eat. The hotel did offer a nice complimentary glass of wine and light snacks in the evening.

If you are a Ferrari fan and want to be as close to the F1 team's headquarters as possible, the Planet is for you. It is basic but clean. Has friendly staff and a good continental breakfast; a café downstairs (Red Planet Café) which does good coffees, pastries and sandwiches and the hotel is walking distance from some good Italian restaurant.

Ferrari lovers will love this place
The hotel was chosen because it's opposite the Ferrari factory (visitor not an owner, unfortunately!), hence the top score on neighbourhood. However the hotel was absolutely dead and apart from the very helpful staff on reception the place looked abandoned - this is not really a criticism but was a little odd. For visitors to Ferrari this is THE place to stay.

Ferrari Heaven
Nice comfortable Hotel directly across from the Ferrari factory and on top of the Ferrari Store. It is classed as a 4 star but I don't agree but this is a Europe rating so take that into account. Nevertheless it is centrally located to the factory and all other sites you want to see. We had a nice view of the new F1 division and the roar of Ferraris driving past was awesome. Hotel staff very helpful and would stay there again.

Loved the location of this hotel but wished it was updated. The main reason most tourists visit this city is for the Ferrari experience. The Planet Hotel is walking distance to the main attractions ... couldn't ask for more re location. Unfortunately it is in need of some TLC. The room was "clean" but the carpet was disgusting.

Great stay in Maranello Italy!
Came here with the family for the Ferrari museum tour and had a birds eye view of the Ferrari campus/factory. The fifth floor of the hotel where the family size rooms are located were great, there is a loft in the room where the kids stayed and a balcony with views of the Ferrari factory. Breakfast was wonderful, also a barista to make whatever type of coffee you desired. The staff spoke very good english and were very helpful.
