Had dinner both nights at the restaurant and can’t fault the food, my chef partner loved everything on the menu. Staff were so attentive and lovely. “A great hotel in Chania! The communication with the host was great - quick responses and very friendly. The suite itself was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The beds and couch were super comfortable as well, felt very relaxed here. The only downside to the area is that it faces a school, and during the week is pretty loud most of the morning into the afternoon. Thankfully our suite had a balcony on the opposite side of the room, so we were able to enjoy a coffee on the balcony with not as……

“The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. It was so go that we found the brand shop and bought some to take home. They offer all the best. The whole room/ bathroom very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer. “此住宿係一個Apartment 形式，面積夠大，有電梯。不過，沐浴的熱水很難控制，忽冷忽熱，而且水壓不好，水力很弱。試過有一晚突然停電，幸好，有人仍在office幫忙解決問題，否則整晚都不用睡，因為此住宿不是24小時有人的。特別多謝Irene的幫助。”
