This hotel was VERY disappointing. There where rat droppings in the windowsills. There was only a refrigerator, but no other amenities (coffee maker, microwave, iron???), yet one of the pictures of the rooms showed a microwave. I was moved from one room to another and still encountered the same issues. When I called Expedia, I was told there was nothing that could be done, which I'm VERY disappointed about since I use Expedia for almost all my travels several times a year. The manager was polite, but I would NEVER recommend this motel. I have pictures, but there appears to be no way to upload them. I'm used to staying at nicer hotels (Holiday Inn, Hilton), but I could have stayed in this one except for the army ants, roach carcass and 2 dozen or so rat droppings in the windowsills. I realize that help is scarce, but they really need more help to be able to do a better job of cleaning.

Simple little place. Opted for two beds. One was, maybe, needs to have a better mattress. Way to lumpy/hard. So we only used one bed.
Heather was nice.🙂

springs in the mattress is the only thing I felt, could not sleep, very dirty, trash and dirt on the floors.

Only staffed from 11a.m.-12 (1 hour) in the afternoon and then 3-12am. If you arrive at 12:05 a.m. and didn’t call ahead, you will be sleeping in your car, and then you will have to wait until 11AM to get in to your room. I repeat, this place has NO STAFF for 11 hours. And they will act like they are doing you a favor to check you in at 11 am after you slept in the car LOL. Room wasn’t bad overall. Old, but functional. Staff hours and lack of emergency phone number for late arrivals or anything else makes this place risky because if you need something you are SOL.

1st) while it looked clean at first in the bathroom there was a cigarette butt on the floor. The room did not smell of smoke so not sure how it got there but it still shows it wasnt cleaned well. The rooms are VERY basic. A bed, a lamp, 2 stawer dresser for lamp, a table for the tv and a mini fridge. If you are obese you may not fit in the bathroom easily. The bed was very very hard (like concrete) and she sheets were itchy like they were overstartched. The walls are paper thin and the neighbors on both sides kept me up all night. I booked one night and asked about a second night when i checked in and he wanted to charge me double! Also half the plugs dont work so to charge your I phone i had to unplug something else. Positives: There was good parking and a mini fridge and tv. And he did provide a towel and shampoo and soap.
Also note the rooms dont float. They are little shacks in a parking lot.
