The apartment is two minutes walk from the beautiful Old Town of Marbella, and has at hand all the services you may need for your holidays on the Costa del Sol: supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, bus stop, etc. Maximum capacity is for three people. EQUIPMENT The one bedroom contains two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower. There is a single use sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is spacious and perfectly equipped, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a toilet in the entrance hall. In addition, the apartment has wifi and air conditioning. Please note that this property does not have a terrace and there is no parking place nor pool available. LOCATION Located along Avenida Ricardo Soriano, near the Amare Beach Hotel and the Restaurant Messina, this apartment for rent has an excellent location: two minutes walk separates it from the old town and Avenida del Mar, just one minute from the Promenade and La Venus beach. A car is not absolutely necessary, you have all the services you need close at hand.
