Upon arrival the lobby and room was filled with strong smell from scented candles which I had an allergic reaction to. I notified the staff about this and requested a refund and I would go to another hotel but they refused to do so. However they did make a effort and removed the candles which was helpful and appreciated making the stay enjoyable

The Town House is a unique boutique hotel in the heart of the old town, Marbella. Our room was spacious and tasteful. there was a fridge, tea making facilities, a lovely welcome tray. and a good shower. The staff were very friendly and obliging. There are complimentary towels for the beach. There is a nice buffet breakfast with cereals, meats, cheese, fresh bread, toast and much more. I would recommend this hotel and intend to return myself. Visited October 2022 Oh, and my evening glass of wine was delicious.

Awesome hotel
It was small only 9 rooms but the hotel was in a perfect Place close to everything the breakfast was awesome as much as you wanted the rooms were very quaint a little small but beautiful & the staff was fantastic always smiling & ready to give information gifts were given on arrival, during & departing I would return to this hotel for sure

The location and staff were excellent. Staff was always very personable and personal. The hotel is convenient to the old town, shopping, taxi stand and the promenade. Being in Marbella Town, it was also central to getting to beaches on both sides of it. The hotel was veey well designed. I just wish it was more social than it appeared it might be, with people gathering there for drinks. Also, the room was a bit like a “cave” with a long sloping ceiling (not as much my taste). Not a lot of natural light coming in. Overall, the positives definitely outweighed negatives!

Excellent small hotel in old town Marbella, with breakfast served in the pedestrianised square outside. Rooms are large, air conditioned and well decorated. Staff are really helpful. Short walk to dozens of nice restaurants. No pool, but there are plenty of good (free) beaches between Marbella and Puerto Banus, between 10 and 90 mins walk away. The hotel provides beach towels and sunbeds can be hired on the beach for between 7 and 25€ per day depending on location. Hotel-organised taxi transfer from airport is a good idea as the square outside is pedestrianised and if you don’t speak fluent Spanish it is difficult describing how to access it! Their €75 from Malaga is also a better rate than an airport cab or an Uber.

It was a very nice, quaint property. Very central location. Clean, cosy and comfortable with very nice spanish decor and architecture. Very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Recommend this property more for adults not so much for families.
