We made our reservations months in advance for our 20th Anniversary in October 2017! The Hilton was hit with a one,two punch, first a small fire then Hurricane Irma! The Hilton could no longer accommodate us for the dates requested, but the Hilton took over made all the arrangements set us up in another wonderful Hotel the JW Marriott! They made sure we had the same kind of room we had originally requested plus picked up the difference with the additional cost. Called us with all the information weeks prior along with a confirmation number- our vacation was saved! We couldn't have been happier with our new hotel arrangements and for the Hilton's professionalism! How many hotels would have went the extra mile. We had a wonderful vacation in Marco Island celebrating our anniversary and we would like to thank the Hilton for making it possible!

The hotel had caught fire and we weren't advised until our 2 1/2 hour drive. We waited an hour to be attended and then told we were re-assigned to a cheaper by the night hotel another hour drive away. I wouldn't have minded as much if my wife were alone but we were with our one year old and that was not acceptable. When calling to complaint we were going up on and left on hold for over and hour at times. We have screen shots as proof. Very bad experience with personnel but sadly we didn't get to enjoy what we paid for.

My stay at the Hilton On Marco Island was great. We enjoyed everything the Resort had to offer. The only complaint I had was that the beds were very uncomfortable. My back and neck was killing me after sleeping in there beds for 4 nights. The location of the hotel was Great with wonderful restaurants located within walking distance across the street.

Everything was picture perfect at the Hilton. We had an ocean view room with a balcony that was the perfect venue for watching the sunrise and sunset. The bed was comfortable with lots of extra pillows! They had wonderful amenities like robes, slippers and Peter Thomas Roth vanity supplies. Beach chairs were included with the room so no need to lug yours out there. We enjoyed looking for sea shells and walking along the beach. It was a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the $15 parking fee was included in the cost of the hotel room.

Pros: Location, beach, price was fair
Cons: Hotel staff. Not resort oriented at all. Im not looking to be waited on hand & foot, but for a vacation resort the general service was terrible.
Location: Rent a boat, go to islands.....good time!
It was obvious a big renovation has recently been done to this Hilton. The decor & rooms were great. Location is perfect, you can walk across the street to an array of restaurants & movie theatre. There is also a shuttle that will take you to other restaurants. The pool was nice, but small. It was fine on the weekdays...but when weekend hit it was overloaded with people & splashing children. The hot tub is nice, and huge, and did not work. The jets were broken. There is construction going on next door. You may want to be proactive and ask to NOT face this hotel. Unless you want to enjoy your am coffee on your patio with the sweet sounds of power tools. Overall, this hotel is nice, but none of the staff are very interested in waiting on you....at all. You can die waiting for a drink, a server by the pool, anything. A man slipped down the stairs with a BABY in his arms and fell...was obviously hurt....NO ONE around, no one came running. It's like a resort without staff. It's a shame, they missed the mark here. Many of the staff were one year exchange students...who were perhaps not trained in hospitality, or just there to collect a check. Stay here for the price & beach. Marriott blows this hotel away, but so does the Marriott's nightly rate

The room renovation was incredible, but the lobby looks like an empty room with no furniture, its sterile.. the is NO real place to have a decent meal. We had to go for all meals outside the hotel. The pool and beach were really good. Service was mediocre at best.
