“My parents stay in this hotel. I absolutley choose and check before their stay. Rooms starts from ground floor and it made for olderly people easy for stay. Asked about the hotel and they absolutely happy for stay there. So i recommend to everyone.”

“Ok first thing why low score is that they are selling a Panoramic Apartment under hotel name. That Apartment is nearly 2kms away from Hotel which means its not part of Hotel. When you will arrive they will put you in car and drive you there and its not in Old Town.
Free Breakfast (2 Kms Walk or take Taxi) i don't think so
Cleaning You have to call them atleast 12 times to get your place cleaned (Keep extra towels and skip a day was simple idea)

“Staff was overall nice and polite. But the cleanliness was not there. The hallway carpets and room carpets had stains etc. The breakfast buffet hygene was not good. But why i gave two star is because of location, its bad.”
