“The cabin is brand new and very modern. The location is beautiful and remote. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-floor heat made the temperature cozy and not drafty in negative degree weather. The host leaves a nice note and basket of treats for the guests. While I tend to bring most of what I need with me, in an emergency I noticed the cabin has many items you could forget. i.e. q-tips, body wash, shampoo, coffee filters, olive oil, spices, etc... I think this belongs to the owners so……

“We only stayed one night because we were passing through. We were upgraded from a cabin to the lake house for no charge because of a booking conflict, so that was very good for us ! Lake house was very roomy , and had lots of character. Some antique furnishings , a full kitchen and laundry, and even two tubs of locally made ice cream in the freezer ! Mainfloor washroom was way too far away away from the bedrooms for our liking , but that would be our only complaint.”

“Cabin was as beautiful and comfortable as photos and prior reviews indicated. Good signage to find the entry off the highway. Parking with two snowmobile trailers was tight, the snowpack from plowed parking area made it tight, but doable. A short drive to Clam Lake village with a friendly , well-stocked convenience store and welcoming bar-restaurants. We lost hot water during our stay, but made do! The owner can't anticipate an appliance failure in a rural area, pulling well water in the……
