Over all the hotel experience was excellent! The staff, Exceptional. So I like to use, for brevity, a part of the US Army AAR or After Action Report format. Where we name 3 sustains and 3 improves.
1st Sustain is the hotels location. It felt somewhat secluded that it was tucked back behind other hotels.
2nd. Cleanliness, loved it! Keep up the good work!
3rd. Flexibility of the kitchen staff! Because I had to be on the road to my job site by 6am the kitchen staff opened the food bar a little early!! I wish I got the lady's name who ran the kitchen M-F, but kudos to her!
Now the Improves.
1st. I would've liked more of a kitchenette. Being a traveler and health conscious and budget minded I would've liked the option to bring items to the room. I do understand the why not.
2nd. The toilet seat in my room didn't fit the toilet. So the seat would always shift when do'n what cha gotta do.
3rd. Get Rid of those breakfast sandwiches!! Esp. the English muffin ones!! Chewy muffin, rubbery egg!
A little more food preparation and less microwaving!!
Again, over all a great experience!
