Superb Staff

From checking into the front desk, to checking in my room, I experienced superb service . The staff was very hospitable and made my stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone whose visiting in or out of state. They won’t be disappointed.

Definitely a 3 star and nothing more. It's okay if you're looking for a place to stay one night or last minute. It's only a $4-5 Uber from the Braves stadium so that's a plus. The room smelled smokey even though it's nonsmoking. There was banging overhead for a while and we finally requested someone quite them down, in which they did at 12:00 AM. The bathroom was pretty basic and the complimentary items were trash and didn't work. The pet fee was a positive. It's only $25 a night and we had plenty of room to walk our medium sized dog. Parking was fine. Nothing special about this hotel but it's a mediocre stay for an okay price. Oh, and the AC was pretty crappy. We had to crank it all the way to 60 to get a little coolness in the room. Window was broken but room seemed to be clean enough for us to stay in.

I am a regular at Extended Stay and have been a guest in multiple cities. But my experience in this particular one is one of the best. The staff went above and beyond in delivering a great customer service experience. I am looking forward to returning here next time I am in the Atlanta Metro. Thanks so much Ursula.

The staff was rude and acted like it was a complete bother to help check me it. Went to the first room they assigned and found it was never cleaned...bed unmade, towels on the floor, trash in the cans....etc

Horrible hotel near Braves stadium.

The hotel wouldn't accept a 30 min early arrival. They had housekeeping personnel at the desk who was quiet rude. The clerk at 3 PM sharp was very nice. Not her fault about the condition of the hotel. They boasted a continental breakfast that consisted of small prepackaged muffins. Instant oatmeal. Peanut butter granola bar. And coffee. I enjoy a firm mattress but not one that felt as if it were made of bricks. The entire hotel had an unpleasant odor. Just a run down hotel with a higher cost.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact some of the guests had Dogs in there room.

This Hotel was awesome.The only thing I didn’t like was that there are many TV chanels to watch.
