Nice hotel close to stores and restaurants.

Easy check-in, clean room, great location, and free parking. My overall experience at the Radisson Hotel in Atlanta was positive.

A slice of heaven

We came for a mini vacation and after a fun (but exhausting) day at the amusement park it was great to walk into this beautiful building with its friendly and efficient staff. Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean. My only complaint is the breakfast buffet. It was not complimentary. The French toast sticks and pancakes were hard, but there was bacon!

Fair at best

Key cards kept deactivating a real problem getting all the way to the room and not being able to get in . Then all the way back to lobby , waiting for staff to reactivate then back upstairs

Hotel Stay

My room was not cleaned. Left at 7am came back at 7pm and was not touched.

Nice Hotel

Nice hotel. I wish they had refrigerators in the rooms and there was a soda machine that hummed loudly all night but would stay again. Really nice bar/restaurant and friendy staff

The hotel was clean, but somewhat run of the mill. The no smoking policy was a plus. We picked it because it was close to our weekend activities.

Soccer game

Came for a soccer tournament and stayed overnight. Hotel was awesome. Got a good night sleep and was fresh for the the next day

comfortable room, skip the restaurant

clean rooms. comfortable beds. it takes 5 mins to get hot water to the top floor shower or sink. Excellent top floor views. rooms need maintenance. skip the onsite restaurant. hardee's for breakfast, applebees for dinner.

terrible customer service and no running water

we checked in late at night and awoke to no running water in the hotel. when i called the front desk to inquire, no accommodations were made and they had no answers as to what the situation was. we checked out without being able to brush our teeth, take showers or flush the toilet. and the hotel did nothing about it. terrible business.

Nice play to stay.

Very spacious lobby with gathering areas. Room was really nice. I liked the layover of the room. Good working area with wifi for those that need to work
