“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came.
The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“This was our first time out of the country so I don’t have anything to compare to. With that being said to us it was amazing! The staff was the best part they were so friendly and eager to help and explain everything to us even if we asked multiple times! The view wasn’t listed as a sunset view but we saw the sunset and even experienced the famous “green flash” from our room. “The hotel staff were very nice. Anytime we needed anything they were very helpful even called our room so we could enjoy the show they have on Saturday evenings. Only disappointment was the pool with the swim up bar being renovated. Other than that I highly recommend staying here.”
