“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“The staff was not friendly at all. Not rude but unwelcoming. They gave me the wrong room and couldn’t get on the same page with correcting that issue. I lost two day of plans waiting on the fix. The food was just okay. My highlight was off the resort but the biggest expense was the resort”

“I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. “My time at BodyHoliday was simply exceptional. The resort sits in a stunning private cove and the overall setting is simply beautiful. The staff were amazing and the range of sports on offer was world-class. I played beach volleyball, tried archery, a keelboat and paddle boarding to name but a few. Food was excellent and spa treatments were very welcome after a long day. The Wellness Cafe and TAO were of particular note. Everything exceeded my expectations and I’ve already told the manager……

"I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting."
