“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came.
The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“I recently stayed at this property, and the harbor view room was absolutely stunning. However, the shower design was a bit of a letdown, as it didn't have a door, making it messy and inconvenient, especially when traveling with kids. Another issue we faced was the constant shortage of towels. We had to repeatedly call the front desk or hunt down housekeeping staff to request more.
On a more positive note, the Saturday BBQ buffet with live entertainment was a great experience, although we paid……
