We ck'd in great. Hotel was beautiful, waterfall koi ponds. Came back hours later to room and our luggage was stolen. Staff thought we were crazy, until looking at surveillance video. Have had no help from there insurance company, won't return calls. And lost at least 400-500 worth of Belongings and a lot of inconveniences for a weekend, toothbrush, paste, hairbrushes, makeup, deodorant, clean panties, etc
