Not clean and too expensive

Save your money and try any other hotel. Cleanliness here is less than optimal. They don’t even have a place to store your luggage in case you arrive early or want to explore the city after the the check out. If I could get my money back I would absolutely do that.

awful accomedations

We were planning on meeting our daughter and her family for a day of sight seeing in San Francisco. When my daughter checked in, the condition of the room was deplorable. She could not stay in a room that was unsafe and unkept. There also was promised parking, which was not available. We found other accommodations that were more suitable. We will probably never use Expedia again.

Nice and clean at reasonalble price in SF. The location of the hotel is very convinient for many landmark places, hotel staffs were nice and generous. The only cons was when other guests were loud in hallway at night, it can be heard and bothered in your room and there was no staff member to manage the noise.

The room and location were great , the only issue I have is the vast amount of hairs / pubic hairs littered all over the bathroom floor .

Comfortable hotel, attractions close by. Reasonable prices even though san francisco is expensive.

Convenient location. Parking very tight.

Pros: Location and the desk clerk was friendly.
Cons: Maybe offer muffins as well as the pastries...let customers know that parking spaces are tight...
Location: Fisherman's Wharf, Presidio, convenient shopping and restaurants on Chestnut Street, parallel to Lombard Street
I needed to stay in this area for a family gathering and price was good for SF. Parking is very tight if you don't have a compact car and space runs out the later you check in or return. Room was fine for price, clean and a bit small. Timer in microwave ticked so we had to unplug it to sleep, losing the use of the fridge. Friendly and helpful front desk clerk. Breakfast is just coffee and packaged pastry - again, OK for the price and location. I would stay again. No elevator made carrying luggage up the stairs challenging for me because of some disabilities.

The staff was not helpful at all. Rarely available. There was a card in my room that said if I needed anything that i forgot to call the front desk. But they didn’t have even basic things like a toothbrush
