“First I was given a room that was on the second floor and no working elevator. No one offered to take our items to our room until I asked. A hotel at this level should have a bellman and valet especially during the weekends. Our room was small but clean with a small window to see the river. Our bed was an old mattress with flat pillows. The rooms needed luggage racks because no place to set luggage off the floor. The bathroom was very small but clean. Shower was dripping constantly and leaked……

“I wish occasionally hotels would deep clean the rooms instead of always a quick clean each time. Put a little bleach type cleaner on the dusty baseboards in the bathroom and in the shower.. clean the carpets or spot clean carpets.. at least occasionally.”
