"We had an amazing trip at Hotel Europa. Accommodation’s were amazing. Staff was friendly and amazing. Food was incredible. Room was clean and housekeeping was very good. Overall was an amazing trip. Highly recommend!!"

"Location was good with beach a stones throw away and rooms were kept clean. However food was cold and bland so we ate out a lot.. breakfast was a bit better than evening meal. When we checked in there were no towels in the room and spilt ice cream from the last guest on the balcony. We were told we had to move rooms mid stay then given the wrong key several times necessitating running up and downstairs 3 times late at night with a young child. Then the next morning when we eventually did move we were told we didn’t have to after all and we had to return to the original room. Such a faff and staff weren’t helpful. Electricity went out one night too.. Check in also took forever and it seemed there was constantly a huge queue at reception so it was tricky to get the multiple issues we had resolved. Very small amount of food on offer for a large number of guests meant it was always cold by the time you queued up/waited for everything (microwave was there for this purpose which said a lot) and the staff started clearing food away 15 mins before end of service times and actually pointed at their watches and told a group of elderly women to leave at 10am etc. very rude. We found Meal times were awful to be honest with the lack of tasty warm food and queues and general Hectic feeling of it all. Felt sorry for AI guests. Location was great but any hotel along the long sea front had the beach etc, wouldn’t recommend this hotel sadly, in our opinion it was not 4 star quality. "

"Where to begin. The outside looks great then you get into the actual building. It starts off with no lighting in the hallways. Once getting to my room we encountered a Smokey, cold dwelling with hints of dog or other animal. I attempted to view our non-functional TV moving on to our patio impeded by plastic lounge chairs stacked up to the ceiling . Making our way to the bathroom we encountered someone’s underwear left on the floor from the last occupant, no soap or shampoo and a wet floor of stagnant water. We made our way to the hard spring mattress, as I laid my head on the paper-thin pillow the feeling of concern over personal safety washed over me quickly and I decided to place a chair in front of the door. I tried contacting Expedia to get out of there but the reservation was non-refundable so I drank myself to sleep. Naturally, I’m a light sleeper in this type of environment so I woke up several times between 11-2 when the paper thin walls could not contain the sound of neighboring residents arguing in the hallway. Worst place I’ve stayed in in my whole life. "

"I loved the view and it is right on beach front. Stuff was lovely and attentive. Breakfast was tasty, lots of choices. Room was spacious. Only one negative when we got to the room we found that our aircon had a leak and build up of mould. But as soon as we notified reception stuff they send someone out to sort it out. So in the end we really enjoyed our stay"
