“Was fine for a quick stay”

“The pillows on a Queen size bed are the size of throw pillows. The room keys failed both times we were there this week. We saw other guests having same issue with keys. The one charging port in the whole room we got on our second visit did not work. I explained that we checked the whole room for any port that might work. Instead of one of the staff leaving the desk and coming to check the room and start trying to solve the issue they kept asking questions and showing an example of a lamp that……

“Nice indoor pool. Very good complimentary breakfast and coffee. Free parking. The pet fee is in fact $35 per pet instead of $25/pet indicated by Expedia (the hotel updated its pet fee in Dec 2025 and Expedia has not updated its listing yet).”

“The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel smelled of smoke from the lobby to the room. My biggest complaint is that there was no blanket in the room and the pillows were half the size of normal pillows. Both these things impacted my nights sleep.”
