Beds were comfy. Check in was easy. Didn’t like the dust hanging from the fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was only cold cereal. No brown sugar or salt for the instant oatmeal. White sugar ran out. No cold water in the hotel to drink. The security latch on the door was missing to our room. Fridge was nice.

The property needs maintinence. The carpet needed cleaning, the hallway needed painting, needed a new shower curtain. We saw no bugs and the sheets were clean. Breakfast was provided, but very limited.

You get what you pay for.
This was a last-minute booking and we were thankful for a room. However, the room itself was pretty dated and dingy. The shower curtain didnt reach the bottom of the tub and was musty. The tub didnt drain well at all. Breakfast was abysmal. One loaf of bread and two containers of cereal. No milk and only outdated yogurt. We will not be back

Quick overnight stay. Beds comfortable, service good. Could not watch football as they do not have ABC, NBC,or CBS. Tough parking as they were tearing up the parking area for repaving.

I’ve stayed at worse…
I had checked in on a Wed. about 3:30pm and there was no water in the building due to a water main break, which is not their fault. In fact, the manager refunded me a bit of cost for the one day without water. Repairs were made and everything was fine by Thursday at 4am.. However, the hotel itself is a bit dated. Extremely thin walled and could hear EVERYTHING around us. No housekeeping service throughout our 4 night stay. And extremely poor/stale continental breakfast options.

No housekeeping during our 3 day stay. No water upon arrival. General upkeep in rooms was overlooked. Water stained ceilings, missing lamps, tv remote back missing and batteries kept falling out, sheets were extremely worn, no blankets.

The room was clean and fine. Staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Nothing hot except toast and plain oatmeal. We were expecting more, but it was acceptable.

Very friendly staff at the hotel. My son stayed there while working away from home. It was his first time staying away from home. There was an incident at work which closed the job down. I was able to get a refund for the nights he didn’t stay and the customer service was great.

There is a friendly man at the check-in desk. However, when we got in our room there was no a/c on. Soooo hot and stuffy in there. We had not gotten into our room until 9:30 as we were busy. The blanket situation is nil. One sheet and very thin coverlet that no one wants touching their body. :- Overpriced for what you get. They need to step it up a bit.

Not a bad place, was charged twice for the room. Hopefully it falls off as they said it would. The pictures on their website is not accurate. Friendly staff, safe place, but not at all what we were expecting based on the photos presented. Affordable and friendly, nothing extra.

Very disappointing. This has been our go to stop for years and I mean years. At check-in, there was someone in room when we entered. Linens sooo thin and washclothes dirty as well as shower curtain. Refrigerator didn't work and when ? was told move plug. Cobwebs in shower and hall with bugs too.☹

Too pricey for what is provided
They only had one cart for transporting luggage and it had flat tires so it was very difficult to move. The air conditioning had been turned off so our room was very muggy and took a while to be cooled on a very hot day. The refrigerator did not work, but they replaced it a couple hours later. The bathroom was very small. The room was neat with nice furniture, and the bedding was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was very limited and the cereal was stale. This was just a one night stay. Otherwise, we probably would have changed hotels. I don't believe it was worth the price we paid.

When we arrived in our room someone had used the toilet and didn’t flush’s it. The towels were little and didn’t look clean. There were only a sheet and a thin bed spread on the bed. it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We have family reunion every two years and have stayed there before but will not be going back to that one

The amenities are dated but everything inside the room worked and is kept clean, the staff were all kind and helpful. Overall it was a nice stay, would stay again. The doors need to be changed or repaired because I had to swipe the key card multiple times, almost every time in the room, before it would open. One time I had to go to the front desk to get them re-keyed. I know I wasn’t the only one with this problem, even heard housekeeping staff complain about it in addition to seeing other guests struggling with it.

NOTHING. It was dirty, we had to go through three rooms before we found one that was cleaned and ready to be used . There were not enough towels and washcloth , there was food left in the fridge from previous guests. The so called breakfast was a total farce. There was only bread for toast, nearly rotten bananas, two kinds of dry cereal, and three yogurt cups. Terrible.

If you have no other option....
Used washed cloth hanging in bathroom. No blanket on the bed. Pitiful breakfast. No elevator. Staff was helpful EXCEPT when 2 women and a baby have to carry everything upstairs, someone could have offered to help at least hold the door open for us. No one else there. No reason they couldn't do at least that.
