great location to start your day to see Dallas

Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: Central to most activities around Dallas
The staff was very attentive to our needs and very friendly. This was my second stay and both were very good. I plan to stay there again the next time I'm in Dallas.

Parking lot was too small.

Hotel could use some parking lot adjustment as a pickup has a hard time finding a decent spot. Pool should close at 10:00 PM, I was next to the pool in 127 and it was impossible to sleep until after midnight. The cook didn't show up Sunday morning so there was no breakfast when I left at 6;30 am.

The Gentleman at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and helpful above and beyond the call of duty. The hotel was nice, pleasant, comfortable, etc. But, the customer service is what made it a wonderful visit. Thank you.

Pros: My room was clean and looking out to downtown Dallas.
Cons: Everything was perfect.
Location: I was at a workshop it was only a over night stay.
Very happy with my experience and stay the staff was friendly breakfast was great quite stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely clean. The bathroom and sink were small It is not fancy but it is excellent for the price and location. They have a free breakfast. Again, not fancy, but a variety and the food was good. My window was blocked by a concrete wall, but for only one night it did not matter. If that bothers you, make sure you request otherwise. I would stay again.

You can do better

Just clean the place up... I've stayed at Best Westerns or similar properties several times. This one needs some care. Carpet in rooms is dirty, needs shampooing. Pool wasn't very clean. Coffee smelled & tasted burned. Garbage cans seemed to always be full.

Location: Dallas Market Center is close.
Good bed, fairly clean. Looks like the shower above is leaking and our room smelled of mildew. Pool was a funny color. Two people can't pass between the bed and furniture without turning sideways.

The facility was fair. I didn't eat the breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk seemed to have a difficult time answering questions.
