Nite staff

The hallways smell. The a/c in the room pointed in one direction at one bed, so whoever is in the one double bed-froze. The hot water was temperamental. Couldn't regulate to a comfortable shower. I think the hotel charged way too much per night for these accommodations.

Looks like it may be in the middle of badly needed

Pros: Hotel had a great friendly bar staff.
Cons: over look needs updating
Location: near the Dallas market
Bed was very comfortable.. but fell short otherwise. Remote for TV was not working and my closet door looked like it was going to fall off. but it did look the hotel was upgrading with not a moment to spare.

Needs updating

No air conditioner, the hotel was very dated and the mattress on the beds were worn out.

Enjoyed our stay in Texas. Had to go recheck in the next day dur to how reservation was setup. Staff made it effortless, quick and easy.

Close but Smelly

Close enough from the airport which is good. But the hallways in the hotel has a really foul smell. Rooms were clean.

Not what you would expect

Not what you would expect from a Crown Plaza! The hotel is outdated and certainly can use and upgrade. The bed linens are hard and crisp but the pillows are soft. The room itself is nothing special and here again an upgrade is warranted.

The hotel is an older hotel very clean staff is great the restaurant and bar are really good the hotel itself is just a little rundown could use some updating

5th floor wi-fi blues
