Nice hotel for kids slumber party

Great stay.... kids were really loud and no complaints that they were disturbing anyone. Great breakfast. The only thing i had issues with was controling the room temp. But that very well could have been a user issue. Pls try them out.

Nice hotel not great hadling reservations

When I made the reservations I requested a room with a King bed and was given a room with 2 doubles. When I asked why I was told they had no king beds left. I don't understand, I had a reservation for almost a month and yet they gave our reserved room away, Not happy with this. The room was nice but amenities were not restocked daily. Not a lot to do around this area.

As an extended stay hotel, sometimes we run into the issue where current in-house guests over extend their stays and that changes the inventory for arriving guests. Maybe better next time

Requested a King room, received a double (all accessible), which was considered an upgrade. Shower line was broken and water was going everywhere. I know that they have better rooms, but was not impressed with this stay at all.

WOW JUST WOW!!!

It was overall good with a large helping of horrific. The first night upon checking in we were told that my reservation for 1 king bed room was okay. My other reservation, For my double bed Room suite was not in their system. So while speaking with the night manager I had to call or tails.com and they in turn called the hotel and it was still not verified through the hotel that I had made the reservation. I Showed all sorts of confirmations on cancelation from previous reservations and this aided me to no avail. Finally I had to put a Frankenstein reservation together so that we would have a home base for our activities during the weekend. This calls us to lose nights on our hotels.com rewards and caused to pay more money because we were not getting the hotels.com discount. The next few days went off without a hitch. Breakfast was good, the pool was great. The family activities that ensued, allowed us to take some of the bite out of what happened at the beginning of the vacation. And then came the last day to check out. As we are rushing to catch our plane back to Chicago, we were informed that our payment did not go through, and we had to take care of the bill. We showed the money had been taken out of our account, and that if there was a problem why hadn't anyone notified us anytime before the weekend was out. Due to this snafu, we missed our flight back home and are now currently staying in another Homewood suites while we wait for our next flight that comes the next day.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good breakfast, great spacious rooms, lots of amenities, but terrible leaky AC unit.

Wonderful Stay

My husband was flying in and this hotel was near Dallas Love Field. I arrived a hour early and they were very gracious to allow me to check in. Grace and Pam were very friendly and helpful. Also the guy vacuuming in the hall was able to get me more coffee without any problem. Only negative was the breakfast was lukewarm, but on the positive side, they had a microwave I was able to use to heat it. Would stay here again for sure.
