"I stayed at the Leonardo hotel on the 5th April and after getting a friendly service by the staff and Emma at reception I came back to stay for a full weekend with my family. We booked 2 twin superior rooms and managed to get both rooms side by side. Once again I was met by Emma at reception and she recognised both myself and my daughter who had stayed there just days before. Emma is a real asset to the hotel for the way she will look after you from the moment you check in. All the staff were friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday the day after we were leaving and once I had told Sofia at checkout, she arranged for a goodie bag with sweets and a small Leonardo hotel teddy to go away with. Thank you for your hospitality."

"My partner and I just wanted a night together somewhere nice and at £49 for a night in the week in a decent double room was a bargain. The double room came with all the usual amenities, but it was the venue that made it romantic."
