Good hotel a little out of the way

Posted Dec 16, 2016
My hotel room was extremely large with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The decor was stuck in the 80's but the room was clean. The breakfast was the best part with cinnamon waffles as an option. The building is a little tricky to navigate so better maps would be good.

Hotel is in great location. Close proximity to highway for easy commuting to downtown Toronto. Hotel staff is very friendly.

Affordable place to stay with basics

Posted Oct 25, 2016
Pros: Affordability
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Easy access to asian restaurants nearby including the Dragon Legend buffet.
Great affordable hotel. Has the basic amenities, but the hot breakfast leaves something to be desired. 1 of the 2 pancake griddles was working, sausages were weird and eggs were light yellow. Plus the eating area was tiny. Front desk was not very friendly.

nice place, free parking

Posted Oct 4, 2016
Pros: free parking, breakfest in the price ( it was nice to eat something before going out)
Cons: toilettes in the bathroom - they are dated
Location: nice resto (Dragon) just around the corner.. LCBO in nearby and costco, winners, home depot so you can do the shopping
easy checkin, easy checkout, the hotel is a little bit dated. Swimming pool could not use - they were replacing filters. Interesting area - lot of shops. Comparing with hotels in the centre of Toronto- real gem because of free parking and plenty of parking space... and the price is right.

Restaurants around could be better for selection and water pressure needs to be improved. Other then that a good hotel.

Pros: All inclusive room rate.
Cons: Cosmetics. Décor is dated and worn
Location: close to many things such as the Toronto Zoo and excellent restaurant - Mandarin
rate includes access to sauna, pool, hot tub and breakfast. (no extras charges!). Quiet hotel and accommodating staff. Undergoing some cosmetic renovations

Nice, comfortable hotel

Posted Sep 13, 2016
This hotel is really nice, however it's not really that transit accessible, but if you have a car it's great because it's close to highway 7 and 401. The staff was pretty good, cleaning staff needed to be asked to clean the room, continental breakfast was ok, typical continental breakfast with a couple of hot items. The beds and pilows were really comfortable and the room was quite spacious.

Nice hotel and close to our event.

Posted Sep 8, 2016
Pros: Comfortable bed and pillows.
Cons: More help at the breakfast bar; it was too much on a weekend for one person to take care of.
Location: Good location for our event.
Breakfast bar was very low on some food items at 9 am, but they were willing to add as requested.

Nice Quiet Friendly Hotel

Posted Sep 6, 2016
Pros: Everything, pool, sauna, hot tub, clean room, quiet, pet friendly, staff was friendly.
Cons: Breakfast is a little less then impressive. Half an hour before it is over they stop refilling so there is nothing left.
Location: Other then shopping there really was not much to do near the hotel. Unless your willing to drive. We went to Niagara Falls and enjoyed that.
Staff is always very friendly, rooms are clean and fully stocked. Pool and hot tub are always enjoyable. This is our second stay and we will be going again.

Not luxurious but comfortable. Value for money.

Posted Sep 2, 2016
Pros: Location was great. We were there to visit friends and relatives and we were close to lots of restaurants to meet people in.
Cons: The cleaning staff may want to pay closer attention on cleaning underneath the mattresses and drawers.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was very clean. Towels were surprisingly fluffy.
