"The biggest issue with my stay was the inconsistent service and lack of cleanliness. On two occasions, my room was not cleaned because the “Do Not Disturb” sign was still on at 9:00 a.m. When I called later to request housekeeping, I was told no staff was available, even though I could clearly see two housekeepers cleaning other rooms on my floor. When I approached them, they said my room was not assigned to them and refused to help. This was extremely poor service and very frustrating.
Breakfast was also disappointing. There was very little variety, with limited options, and it was exactly the same every single day, which quickly became repetitive.
On a more positive note, the location is excellent — everything is within walking distance, and the views of the river and skyline are beautiful. The room itself was decent, but unfortunately the service issues overshadowed the overall experience."
