I arrived at the hotel and the female in the front desk told me my reservation was cancelled due to payment not going through. Which was an error. I did not receive a call or email. She told me it happens. What if I got their and there were no rooms available. That was very unprofessional.

The pool (the reason we stayed there) was closed and I was not aware until check in where the front desk informed me I can go somewhere else with a pool. Front desk "accidentally" checked us out the same night we arrived and did not fix it, had to check out a day early. I need a refund. The worst customer service EVER!

Super angry because wasn't told that the pool was out of service until AFTER I checked in. I had options for hotels but chose this one and now really upset and the lady at the front desk completely dismissed me nor apologized for the inconvenience

Upon arrival, i was told that the pool and hot tub were closed. We are sorry that Expedia won't change it on their website....then check in was a nightmare with their computers, and my credit cards were declined for the incidental charges due. My room was paid in full thru Expedia....no local channels on tv in room for some reason, other concerns to boot....ugh
